[Valis IV]
■Hard mode
1. After starting the game, select "START" to start the game and the opening movie will be displayed.
During the opening movie, press and hold the +, A, and B buttons on the 1P controller.
2. The title screen will appear, so keep holding the button until the ``PUSH RUN BUTTON'' display changes to ``HARD MODE.''
3. After changing the display to "HARD MODE", press the + button to start the game and you can play hard mode.
*Valid only with the initial button layout. If the button layout has been changed in the key configuration, please return it to the initial layout before executing.
*In the PC Engine version, it was necessary to connect a 2P controller, but in this work, there is no need to connect a 2P controller.
*Please note that the input timing is different from the PC Engine version.

[Dream Warrior Valis (Mega Drive)]
■HP/MP full recovery
During game play, pause (+) and press the right, Y, and B buttons on the 1P controller at the same time.
HP and MP are fully recovered. You can do this trick as many times as you like.
